A pet waste removal service agreement includes details about your residential scooping services, billing, and terms and conditions.

Think of it as the ultimate “poop playbook,” setting clear expectations and ensuring your customers know exactly what they’re stepping into (figuratively speaking!).

Pawsitive Cleanup, LLC

Pet Waste Removal

Service Agreement

Thank you for choosing Pawsitive Cleanup. By agreeing to our policy, you allow Pawsitive Cleanup and its employees to perform pet waste removal procedures on your property.

1. Service Process – A professional technician visits your property, scoops and double-bags the poop, and puts it where you prefer. We do not have a guaranteed time of day for the waste cleaning service. We will not clean up the waste if your gate is locked, frozen, or inaccessible.

2. Fees and Pricing – We provide a monthly invoice through email, due within 15 days, and payable online, by mail, or on our website via PayPal. Late payment will incur a $5 monthly fee. There is an $18 fee for returned checks. An account more than 14 days overdue may be suspended. There will be additional fees for a suspended account due to non-payment.

3. Pet Safety – Keep your dog or cat indoors during the pet waste removal service. We are not responsible for escaped pets. We will charge the normal rate even when unable to perform the service due to pet distractions.

4. Service Cancellation – Pawsitive Cleanup or the client may cancel the service at any time.

When adding your pet waste removal service agreement to your website, make sure your site looks well-structured, polished, and cohesive so clients will easily find the information they need. A conversion-optimized website features a clear menu and consistent layout, making it simple to navigate various pages.

Pro Tip: Add information about unpredictable conditions, like bad weather or staffing issues, that may affect your services. It’s best to consult a legal professional to review and refine the agreement; they’ll help you sniff out any issues. Easily create an outline using AI tools like ChatGPT.
